Reservations - cancellations of services - terms of service

Reservations Individual excursions: For individual excursions the reservations are made on the website of the company https://travel.mellongroup.gr/, for the available dates. For the reservation to be valid, it must be made at least forty eight (48) hours before the date of service. If there is no availability for the desired date or the reservation request is submitted in less than forty eight (48) hours from the provision of the service, the reservation is received as a request and processed, and the company responds to the request within one working day. 50% of the service price is paid in advance 14 days before the service is provided, unless the customer wishes to pay the price. For reservation requests submitted less than 14 days before the service, 100% of the price is required. Payment of the price of the agreed service will be made no later than 14 days before the provision of the service unless otherwise specified. It is clarified that telephone reservations do not oblige the Company to reserve seats if they are not accompanied by the payment of 50% of the participation price. Reservations are made upon issuance of the program and end until the seats are exhausted. Payments are made either at the local offices, or through an interbank transaction, or by debiting credit and debit cards. The cost of individual excursions (private) is reported per vehicle (depending on the selected category). Reservations for individual excursions must state the exact address of the place of residence. The start time of the excursion is modified depending on the place of residence. The waiting time for late Arrival of Customers is 1 hour. In case of longer delay the reservation is canceled with a charge of 100% of the value. The individual excursions are made with comfortable means of transport (depending on the selected category) and with a guide (if you did not choose the service without a guide). In the description of each individual tour (private) there is a list of services that are included / not included in the price. Group excursions (group / mini group): For Group excursions the reservations are made on the website of the company https://travel.mellongroup.gr/, based on current schedule and availability. For the reservation to be valid, it must be made at least forty eight (48) hours before the date of service. If there is no availability for the desired date or the reservation request is submitted in less than forty eight (48) hours from the provision of the service, the reservation is received as a request and processed, and the company responds to the request within one working day. 100% of the service price is paid for group bookings. The group excursions are carried out with comfortable means of transport (depending on the number of people) and accompanied by a guide. In the description of each group tour there is a list of services that are included or not included in the price. Individual transfers: For individual transfers the reservations are made on the company’s website https://travel.mellongroup.gr/, based on availability. In order for the reservation to be valid, it must be made at least forty eight (24) hours before the date of service. If there is no availability for the desired date or the reservation request is submitted in less than forty eight (24) hours from the provision of the service, the reservation is taken as a request and processed, and the company responds to the request within one working day. 00% of the service price is paid for transport bookings. It is clarified that telephone reservations do not oblige the Company to book a car if they are not accompanied by the payment of 100% of the participation price. Reservations are made upon issuance of the program and end until the seats are exhausted. Payments are made either at the local offices, or through an interbank transaction, or by debiting credit and debit cards. The cost of individual transport is reported per vehicle. Reservations for individual transports must state the exact address of the place of residence. The waiting time for late Arrival of Customers is 15 minutes. In case of longer delay the reservation is canceled with a charge of 100% of the value. (Does not apply to airport delays due to flight delays) Individual excursions are carried out by comfortable means of transport (depending on the selected category). Cancellation policy Individual excursions: 14 days before the free cancellation service. From 13-8 days before the provision of the service 50% cancellation fees are imposed on the value. From 7 days and less cancellations are imposed 100% on the value. Group excursions (group / mini group): 14 days before the free cancellation service. From 13-8 days before the provision of the service 50% cancellation fees are imposed on the value. From 7 days and less cancellations are imposed 100% on the value. Individual transfers: 14 days before the free cancellation service. From 13-8 days before the provision of the service 50% cancellation fees are imposed on the value. From 7 days and less cancellations are imposed 100% on the value. In “special trips”, such as Exhibition trips, Corporate trips, Conferences, Ski destinations, Sports Events, Cruises and Charters and others described in the specific trips, the Customer is bound by the special stricter financial terms that apply. Cancellations in the above cases reach up to 100% of the prices, and the deadlines for registration and cancellation are much shorter. The final price and valid program of the trip is considered what the Customer received and is described or attached to the payment receipt (contract).
